Do you know there are many more individuals who do believe in reincarnation than there are that do not? While many may be merely curious or looking to explore answers to some of the mysteries of life, many others may consider that it just makes the most sense when considering past lives. There are an assortment of ways to find out more about your past lives.

Journaling Your Experiences

One of the best ways to learn about your past lives is to begin a journal. You should write down the things you experience, even those experiences that may seem insignificant. While including the way you feel about any event, since our emotions are the strongest clues we have, that may relate to a past life. Journaling your experiences creates a written record that can aid you in piecing your clues together when using it later as a reference.

Try looking at your present life for clues. Make a list of things that you like and dislike for everything from fashion, childhood and food to architecture, cultures, climates and historical time periods. Include everything you can think of like talents, occupations, times you felt dj vu, animals, personality traits, phobias, scars and birth marks.

Write about your dreams. Sometimes past lives come through very clearly when we dream. At other times we get little hints. Past and present and combine in a dream and give us symbols that may have meaning for you in both the past and the present. Before you fall asleep, give yourself the suggestion that you want to learn about your past lives. Write down anything and everything you can remember.

Visiting a professional past life regression therapist can be beneficial, since they are trained and certified to guide you through a regression and then help you to interpret the information that may come through. Meditation

You can explore your past lives while using the various methods of meditation. Meditation is a very private means of finding out more about your past lives. Although, many individuals may have a hard time trusting any incoming information, you should do your best to trust your instincts and feelings.

There may be some valuable information coming to you when the images begin flowing in and out, while meditating may feel like daydreaming to you. You should write these things down in your journal to consider later. All the while you should keep in mind that your mind is extremely suggestible and will pull up that which you ask of if, however, you should always stay positive, rather than telling yourself that you cannot retrieve the information you seek. Your mind will believe anything you tell it.

Some individuals find that having a visual or audio stimulus, such as the flame of a candle or a sound is useful for meditation. You may be interested in using a pre-recorded guided meditation session from your therapist or listening to music or specific sounds such a Tibetan bells or the repeated sound of "om".

Some interesting benefits have recently been found in audio technology using a process called binaural beats. This uses slightly different frequencies of sound waves, playing in each ear and has results of instance relaxation, similar to that of experienced Zen monks during their meditations.

No matter which form of meditation technique you may use, be sure that it is somewhere peacefully comfortable while allowing no disturbances while meditating for the best results.

Lie down or sit in a comfortable position, while being in a receptive and positive frame of mind. You will focus on relaxing your muscles while quieting your mind. When undesirable concerns enter your mind, simply acknowledge them and then let then pass, however it may take some practice to do so. You should focus on your heart, while not expecting anything but relaxing. When questions arise, ask them and then let them go. The answers will come to you, when you least expect them.

No matter you beliefs in reincarnation, it is essential to know that you will receive images that will be helpful to you for resolving some matter in your life. You may not always receive images that are from a precious life, however, many individuals do receive enough information to begin researching and verifying events, places and even names.

Some people find out that the people they love now were with them in another lifetime, although their relationship with that person may have been different. For example your father may have been your brother or even your husband in one of your past lives.

Whether or not you believe in reincarnation and past lives, many individuals find that they do receive interesting and helpful information when they try regression, no matter what they may have believed to begin with.

The Cultural Implications of Sports and How They May Affect Future Generations

Sports have always been a big part of human life. Through sports we better understand cultural and human values, appreciate the human body, and strive for excellence. Sports are a great learning experience for children, and sports medals and custom ribbons can boost a child's self confidence immensely.

The ancient Greeks were not the first people to appreciate sport, but we remember them most. After all, the Olympics are still around 2000 years later. The brutal blood sports the Romans indulged in reflect the values of a culture steeped in violence and born of conquest. Many Native Americans, especially those on the plains, valued competitions testing the speed and accuracy with which they could use their weapons, and much of their culture involved these skills.

In our culture today we see the commercialization of sports in all levels. What has been a pastime in other cultures has become profession in ours. Better pay and winning are peoples only concern. What will people 1000 years from now think when they look back at our sports and the way we play them? Perhaps they will see the ferocious fans getting into fights with each other in the stands and even with players on the court or field. Perhaps they will see human beings sold like hunks of meat to run into one another and catch a ball for outrageous sums of money to giant sports franchises. What will they think of drug use and drug testing?

With so much emphasis within todays society on winning in sports and across the board, the poor conduct of so many of the people involved in sports is not surprising. Sports should teach children the value of competition and how to endeavor towards excellence. They should try to improve themselves, competing against themselves instead of others. This would shift the focus from dominating others to improving oneself.

The benefits of sport are numerous and highly researched. From inclusion and the elimination of racism to increasing graduation rates,sports can be a positive influence of children. One study showed that high school students involved in sports earned higher grades, got into trouble less often, were less likely to drop out, had higher GPAs, and were more likely to graduate than students who did not participate in sports. Attitudes in high school sports must remain positive though. Focus on winning and domination of the competition can make kids feel unwanted, unworthy, and unacceptable, one expert argues. We should not be teaching kids that they are failures, but teach them to handle failure, not to accept it, and to continue always to better themselves. If we continue the way we are going in sport, we will be training a generation of sore losers and cocky winners. We need to teach children the value of competition against oneself, in order that we can have generations of encouraging children who are always seeking to better themselves.

Learn Breakout Fading? (Part I)

Fading breakouts refers to trading against breakouts when you believe that the currency prices will not be able to follow through action in the direction of the breakout. We fade breakouts when we believe that breakouts from support and resistance levels to be false and unsustainable.

False breakouts are a bane for breakout traders but boon for breakout faders. False breakouts are also known as fakeouts. Fading breakouts tends to be more effective as a short term strategy. Fading breakout is not meant to be a long term strategy.

Support and resistance are seen as the price floor and the price ceiling respectively. Support level attracts the buyers enthusiasm for higher bids and prevents the price from falling further. The resistance level attracts the sellers enthusiasm for shorting. It prevents the price action from advancing higher.

The idea of trading breakouts appeals to many independent traders especially those new to currency trading. The crowd likes to trade the breakout. It is perfectly logical for the crowd to think that if the support level is penetrated, then the price action should move downward. The crowd is more likely to sell than to buy when the price action breaks the support level from above.

The crowd is more likely to buy than to sell when the price action breaks the resistance level from below. The opposite is true of a price break above the resistance level. The crowd usually concludes that if the resistance is broken, then the prices are more likely to advance higher in the rally.

You will find clusters of stop loss orders placed by traders who have brought near the support level or have sold near the resistance level. Now you can also understand why there tends to be large number of entry stop orders placed just above a resistance level and also placed just below a support level.

Short positions will be stopped out when the price action breaks out above the resistance level. Similarly, when the currency prices crosses below the support level, long positions will be stopped out.

Why most breakouts fail? One of the most important reasons why most breakouts fail is due to the fact that smart traders need to take the money from the novice and inexperience traders. The majority will cash out of the trading game broke. Always remember, it does not always pay to have the same mentality as the crowd.

The crowd holds the dumb money with the weak hands. Smart money belongs to the big players who have a couple of tricks to sabotage the crowd. Money has to be made from the majority. Not from the minority who got it right.

The most money is made when the crowd turns out to be wrong. When the crowd scrambles to get out of their losing positions, it causes vertical rallies or declines. Read Part II for more.

What's up with these Harry Potter films anyway? It is absolutely amazing the effect that these movies have on some of their fans. Have you seen the first four? Well, if the answer is no, then you're certainly in the minority. The amazing thing is that both kids and adults alike seemed to equally love the adventures of the young wizard.

Because of the wild enthusiasm that the kids work is flying, the adults too were getting sucked into these imaginative books. The writing was on the wall that we would soon see feature films created. While I did see the first four, they didn't really excite me as much as I had hoped. But that's just me, my daughter absolutely adores them. I must admit, the concept of the Harry Potter films is the perfect key to classic escapism. Isn't that why we go to the movie theatres, as an escape from our everyday lives. Come on, you want to get your money's worth and there's a lot to be said for vicarious thrills.

It all began if one single book. We humans seem to love our works of fiction. Or perhaps in this case, fantasy. Either way, the Harry Potter series is a runaway smash hit. When the first book hit the shelves of every bookstore around the world, I actually didn't really care for its. Yippy, yet another children's novel that delves into the supernatural realm of magic and the age old good versus evil genre. Like that hasn't been done to death already. But kids from all over the world were new to these concepts and this in turn got the adult's attention as well.

If you're not an avid reader you may want to simply watch the Harry Potter films. In my opinion, the third and fourth installments or more entertaining than the first two. Of course this is just my opinion, but the way cinematography was much better. The Internet also provides any fan of the Harry Potter films with a plethora of material. Why Not Swing Trading? (Part II)

In the end, if you are unable to breakeven, you cannot survive long in day trading. The more you day trade, the higher your trading cost will become. In case of currency trading, the cost of trading is hidden in the bid/ask spreads offered by the broker. Day trading often means raking up major commissions charges if you are trading stocks which makes it that much more difficult to beat the overall market.

Swing trading also entails facing stiff trading costs in the shape of commissions if you are trading stocks or spread in case of currencies but these trading costs are nothing as severe as in day trading. Because price action spans several days to several weeks, market fundamentals can come into play to a larger degree as compared to day trading.

Swing trading can also generate higher potential profits on single trades because the holding period is longer than in day trading. Day to day currency movements are due less to market fundamentals and more to short term supply and demand of currencies or shares.

There is a misconception that day trading can be taken as a hobby. Day trading demands lots of attention and time commitment from you. It is stressful and a winning position can turn into a losing one within seconds. You have to have strong nerves, if you want to permanently take on day trading.

Now the good thing about swing trading is that you can take it full time or part time. Swing trading currency markets can be very profitable. Currency markets are open 24/5 so you can enter or exit a position even after hours. Swing trading with an eye on earning additional income or improving the returns on your portfolio is less stressful than swing trading for a living.

Part time swing trading means doing market analysis when you get home from work! After you have done your analysis and made your trading plan, you can implement trades the following day! You can enter stop loss orders to protect your capital even though you may not be able to watch the market all day. You should first go through this phase of part time swing trading first if you eventually want full time swing trading.

Swing trading part time is suitable for those individuals who have a full time job but can devote a few hours a week to analyzing markets and securities or currencies. They have a passion for financial markets and short term trading. They are achieving subpar results in their current investment portfolios from their financial advisors or third party.

Part time swing trading is for you if you are not a gambler and dont take undue risks like doubling down your positions after a losing trade. Again swing trading is not for fun. You should also have the discipline to consistently place stop loss orders.

At the end of the day, when it comes down to is the fact that by swing trading instead of day trading, you are able to commit less capital to the markets to reach extraordinary gains.

The politeness of the general population in the Caribbean is very impressive. This goes along with the idea that the locals lead a slower paced life. You will, for instance, be talking to others and exchanging pleasantries more often. You may even find yourself stuck behind a vehicle that has stopped to talk to an acquaintance. Whatever the case, you will seldom find a citizen that treats you with ill respect or is in any way rude.

The real estate you have in mind is going to take time in searching. Some islands are more expensive, while others are considered less so. There are plenty of lower-class and high class properties to choose from. You only need help from a real estate agent familiar with the Caribbean islands to get an idea of what you can obtain. Your budget, preferences, and prerequisites can all be satisfied.

Japanese Cosplay is about the person becoming a chosen character or idea. The person looks and acts exactly like the character they are portraying.

You become a specified character in order to become a cosplayer. The sky is the limit, if you can dream it you can become it. Cosplaying is about having fun.

Japan and most other countries have participated in cross dressing as well as cosplay in the sex industry. This is an age old practice where costumes have been used for sexual practices, and dressing up is used for sexual play which is commonly known as a sexual fetishism.

Browsing the internet you will find lots of pictures of people from all over the world showing off their creations, as well as contests and even lectures on cosplay. There are special Japanese cosplay agencies and video game companies that have models, modelling only cosplay costumes. Many film and video companies are scrambling to hire cosplayers. The cosplayers are seen as fictional characters in flesh. Cosplayers have virtually replaced the agency models, as they have the ability to re-create the character they portray with accuracy, and are able to stand apart from standard models.

Western and Japanese cosplayers are taking on the roles of popular movie characters like, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars and many others. These people are usually fanatical fans of the movie characters, and they become the character by Cosplaying. Many cosplayers will follow war heroes, science fiction characters even down to the fairies and gnomes are acted out. Japanese cosplay remains more or less original and follows customs and traditions that have existed for many centuries.

However there are costumes worn without any conviction by Japanese cosplayers that westerners would not consider wearing as it would be culturally not correct like a Nazi uniform or any other uniforms worn by dictators in the past. Japanese cosplay does not only cover specified role playing but covers all kinds of obsessive fandom.
