A LOTRO leveling guide can help any player, noob or pro, get over with the boring leveling part of the game much easier and faster than the average player. I'm saying this because I've been using one since I started my guardian, as my guild needed a new tank. This LOTRO leveling guide not only that provided me with the best LOTRO leveling path, I've also learned a multitude of tricks to enhance my progress. Therefore, I'm going to share a few leveling tips here:
1. When raising up a character, always move from a camp with mobs or a point of interest to another ignoring all the mobs that you will aggro. If you stop to kill every nasty goblin that will attack, you will certainly waste a lot of time and this will hinder your progress.
2. No matter what level the toon you're working on is, or no matter what colour the mobs you kill are, it's important to keep your stats maximized. So, get any buffs you can by using foods or potions you can find at the Auction Hall, or ask friends to craft them for you. This way you will turn your character into a killing machine, able to wipe a whole camp of goblins in a very short time.
3. Always do quests. If you prefer grinding, at a higher level you'll probably notice that your XP bar refuses to move if you only kill mobs, even if you spend the destiny points on rested XP. Fortunately, the LOTRO leveling guide I've been using provided me with a nicely made questing path and I was able to knock down 4-5 quests on almost every location in the game.
4. Focus only on soloable quests because finding a group for high difficulty quests isn't easy all the time. However, if you have a high level friend ready to boost you through a cluster of 4-5 elite quests is a good idea so, if your quest log is not full, it's a good idea to keep the fellowship quests for a while, just in case help shows up.
5. One of the key-elements of fast leveling in LOTRO is your mount. So whatever you do when you reach the level that will allow you to buy and ride a mount, drop it and go do your mount quest. By the way, you must have the gold to buy the riding skill and horse, so until you get your mount, save every penny.
If these tips haven't improved your leveling process in Lord of the Rings Online, the only thing I can do is recommend you the LOTRO leveling guide I've been following. It can only improve your leveling process, even if you are already a pro.
