If You Want to Get Your Guy Back, You Must Make These 3 Moves

Ok girls, if you just recently lost your guy and want to get your guy back, You've got to pay attention, cause your next moves will be critical. If you make the right moves, you can have him back quickly, but the wrong moves could mean losing him for good.

First of all, I know this is a painful time for you. You're depressed and not even feeling like yourself anymore. Your confused and your mind is running in about 100 different directions. But, to get your guy back, you need to get past all that and make the right moves.

Before we get started with your strategy to get your guy back, let's ask a simple question;do you really want to get back with him? How about a few more questions; how did he treat you? Do you think he'll be good for you long term? Are you just lonely, or do you want to get back with him cause you really love him?

Ok, how did your evaluation turn out? Did you decide that you are in love with him and he will be good for you? If so, then you have no other priority than to get your guy back. Here are the steps you must take to accomplish this:

1. Stop worrying about him

This may be the hardest thing to do-especially when you want to get your guy back, but you need to get him out of your mind. To accomplish this, DECIDE to quit worrying about where he is, what he's doing, and who he's with. You'll only drive yourself crazy!

Reduce contact between you and him

This next move in your strategy to get your guy back is tied in with the first one. It may appear best to call him up all the time in hopes that he will some day come to his senses and take you back. More often these actions end up backfiring. You will just look like you're desperate, and this will be a turn off to him. The best move to make is to limit contact for a time so he will start to miss you.

3. Start living life apart from him

The third move to get your guy back is to start living your own life. Go out with friends and do some of the things you really love to do. Stay physically active and do some things to help others, like volunteer or charity work. This will show him that you can cope without him and make him want to get back together with you.
